The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company has appointed Mr. Erphan Shehabul Matin as new Managing Director who will take over the responsibilities from Mr. Waliur Rahman Bhuiyan, current Managing Director, with effect from May 13, 2011. The Board has also appointed Mr. Nazmul Hossain as the new Finance Director and Company Secretary in place of Mr. Azizur Rashid, current Finance Director and Company Secretary, with effect from February 01, 2011.
