PRIME BANK LIMITED has changed the facevalue and market lot of their share.The facevalue has been changed to tk.10 from tk.100 and the market lot has been fixed to 250/lot instead of previous 50/lot.

The decition was taken at 8th EGM in thursday. And now the decision is approved.

A total of 3.82 acres land was belonged illegaly by BEXIMCO GROUP in Shahbag area.At last these land property has been handed over to BSMMU on thursday.There was a conflict about the ownwrship of the land.This land had been passing a long 20 years uselessly.

The General Maneger of BEXIMCO GROUP tried to stop cleaning operation of the land as he said that the authority did give any previous notice.The price for this land will be tk.163 crore.Now the land will be used as educational purpose of BSMMU.
