The company has also reported EPS of Tk. 16.60, NAV per share of Tk. 132.62 and NOCFPS of Tk. 27.20 for the year ended on 31.12.10. The Board has also recommended amendment to the Memorandum & Articles of Association of the company in line with Insurance Act 2010 raising the authorized capital and Paid up capital of the company subject to the approval of the concerned authority and the General Meeting.
