# লট ২০ থেকে করা হবে ১০০The second extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of Rupali Insurance Company Limited has approved proposal to changing of denomination of share from Tk 100 to Tk 10 with a market lot of 100 shares from existing 20 shares.
The meeting has also approved proposal to increase the authorised capital of the company from Tk 200 million to 1.0 billion and raising the paid-up capital by issuing 1:1 rights shares at Tk 20 each including a premium of Tk 10.
The EGM was held in the city recently, said a press release. Chairman of the company Mostafa Golam Quddus presided over the meeting.
Among others, directors, Management and Financial Consultant M Azizul Huq and Managing Director PK Roy were present at the EGM.
A good number of shareholders attended the meeting.
Taking part in the discussion, the shareholders thanked the management for the success and growth of business during the last few years.
The shareholders also requested the management to maintain this upward trend, the release added.
