The Company has further informed that Keya Cotton Mills Limited(কেয়া কসের ৯.৫% স্পন্সরশিপ আছে,কেয়া কটনের সাথে), a sister concern of Keya Cosmetics Limited wherein the Keya Cosmetics Limited has interest by holding 9.55% sponsors shares, has successfully conducted road show on December 23, 2010 at Hotel Radisson in presence of good number of Eligible Institutional Investors (EII) in order to discover the indicative price of shares and the company has asked most reasonable price at Tk. 60.00 (including premium of Tk. 50.00 each) against face value of Tk. 10.00 each.
