The company has informed that it has purchased a commercial space( ৭৩০৫ স্কয়ার ফিট স্পেস নতুন কিনবে বিডিকম) from International Islamic University Chittagong measuring 7,305 sft. on the 5th floor of "Rangs Nilu Square", Dhanmondi, Dhaka-1210 with undivided and undemarcated share of land measuring 2.25 kathas plus 378 sft. car parking space @ Tk. 11,909.65 for totaling Tk. 8,70,00,000.00 excluding cost of stamp, registration fee and other related expenses after taking prior permission from Ministry of Housing and Public Works in accordance with the approval of the Board of Directors of the company.
