Uttara Bank Limited declared 20 per cent stock dividend and 20 per cent Cash Dividend for the year 2010 at its 28th annual general meeting held at Gazipur Thursday, says a press release.
Azharul Islam, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the bank presided over the meeting. The house also passed the annual report 201 0 along. with profit and loss account. Later on Mr Azharul Islam and Mr Iftekharul Islam were re elected Chairman and Vice Chairman respectively of the Board of Directors of the bank in a meeting of the Board of Directors held on the same day. M/s. Iftekharul Islam, Col. Engr. M S Kamal, Dr. Md. Rezaul Karim Mazumder and Abul Barq Alvi were elected directors of the bank uncontested.
