At last the UCBL has decided to declare 1:1 right share..The EGM held at Bashundhara Convension centre yesterday chaired by it chairman M A Hasem..The price of each right share will be tk.150(facevalue 100+premier 50)..Now its time to wait for the approval from SCE.
