PEOPLESINSঃ Al-Haj Md. Karimuddin Bharosha, one of the Sponsors/Directors of the Company, has further reported that he has completed his transfer of 1,00,000 shares of the Company to his sons namely Mr. Md. Manirul Islam Bharosha (50,000 shares), Mr. Md. Shariful Islam (25,000 shares) and Mr. Md. Saiful Islam Shimul (25,000 shares) by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange as announced earlier.
