Mr. S.M. Ayub Ali Chowdhury, one of the Sponsors/Directors of the Company, has further reported that he has completed his transfer of 7,500 shares of the Company to his daughter Ms. Ethy Ali Chowdhury by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange as announced earlier.
