অর্থ মন্ত্রণালয়ের এক কর্মকর্তা বলেন, সম্মেলনে তদন্ত রিপোর্ট সংক্ষিপ্ত,তদন্ত রিপোর্টের সারসংক্ষেপ আগামী ১লা মে আকারে তুলে ধরা হবে। এজন্য তদন্ত প্রতিবেদনের সার সংক্ষেপ এরই মধ্যে তৈরি করা হয়েছে।
এছাড়া এ সংবাদ সম্মেলনে এসইসি’র নতুন চেয়ারম্যানের নামও ঘোষণা করার কথা রয়েছে। তবে এসব কিছু নির্ভর করছে সংবাদ সম্মেলনের পরিস্থিতির উপর। তিনি বলেন, অর্থমন্ত্রী সকল প্রস্তুতি নিয়েই সংবাদ সম্মেলনে করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছেন।
জানা যায়, এ সারসংক্ষেপে অভিযুক্তদের নামসহ প্রতিবেদন প্রকাশ করা হলেও ‘অভিযুক্তদের বিচার প্রক্রিয়ার বিষয়ে কিছু বলা হবে না। অভিযোগ প্রমাণের জন্য আরও গভীর তদন্তের কথা বলা হবে।’
এদিকে সংবাদ সম্মেলনের জন্য পুরো তদন্ত রিপোর্টির একটি সিডি তৈরি করা হয়েছে। এ সিডি’র একশ’ কপি করা হয়েছে।

Five companies have announced their profit margins against their shares for 2010.
The recommendations of the companies — Beximco Ltd, Beximco Pharma, Standard Insurance, Federal Insurance and INTEC Online —were displayed at the Dhaka Stocks Exchange (DSE) website on Thursday evening.
Stocks of the companies will have no price ceiling (circuit breaker) on Monday, the first trading day after the formal announcement of the profit recommendations.
The proposals will be placed at the annual general meetings (AGMs) of the companies for approval.
BEXIMCO LTD
The board of directors of the company has proposed 50 percent stock dividend, meaning that one bonus share will be offered against every two shares.
The AGM of the company will be held at the BEXIMCO Industrial Park at Jirabo in Kashempur of Gazipur at 11:00am on Jun 30. The record date is May 11.
At the year ending Dec 31, 2010, according to the information released by the company, it gained Tk 40.82 against each share with a face value of Tk 93.86, and the net operating cost (NOC) was Tk 2.61.
BEXIMCO PHARMA
The pharmaceutical wing of business conglomerate Beximco Group has recommended 20 percent stock dividends.
The AGM will be held at the BEXIMCO Industrial Park on Jul 2 noon. The record date is May 11.
The company says last year, it made a profit of Tk 5.17 against each issue of Tk 78.53 face value and the NOC was at Tk 6.65.
STANDARD INSURANCE
The Standard Insurance share-holders will get one share against every 10 as profit, as proposed by the company management.
It will hold the AGM at the Spectra Convention Centre in the city at 10:30am on Jun 21. May 10 has been fixed as the record date.
Last year, the company informs, it earned Tk 18.61 as profit against each share with the face value of Tk. 129.66. The NOC against per issue was Tk 11.88.
FEDERAL INSURANCE
The board of directors of the company has proposed 12 percent stock dividend.
Its AGM will be held at the Biam auditorium in the city at 11:00am on Jul 5. The record date is May 18.
The company at the year-end Dec 31, 2010, registered a profit of Tk 1.32 against each share. The face value per share was Tk 15.10, with Tk 3.98 NOC.
INTEC ONLINE LTD
The company's board of directors has recommended 10 percent profit in shares.
The AGM is scheduled to be held at Trust Milanayatan at 10:00am on Jun 30. The record date is May 18.
The company last year earned Tk 13.91 million as the net profit against the net asset value of Tk 159.92 million.
Its per share profit for the year was Tk 0.96 against the NOC of Tk 0.24.
