Ayub Ali Chowdhury, one of the Sponsors/Directors of the Company, has reported his intension to transfer 7,500 shares (Bonus share) out of his total holdings of 57,500 shares of the company to his daughter Ms. Ethy Ali Chowdhury by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within next 30 working days.
