শেয়ারবাজার(Mobil Jamuna In Dhaka Stock Exchange) :::: অবশেষে রোববার থেকে ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জে (ডিএসই) মুবিল যমুনা বাংলাদেশ লিমিটেডের (এমজেএল) লেনদেন শুরু হবে।
এ লক্ষ্যে বুধবার দুপুরে ডিএসই প্রতিষ্ঠানটিকে তালিকাভুক্ত করেছে ।
ডিএসইর প্রকাশনা ও জনসংযোগ বিভাগের উপ মহাব্যবস্থাপক শফিকুর রহমান এ তথ্য জানান।
এর আগে গত ১ জুন এমজেএল বাংলাদেশ লিমিটেডকে তালিকাভুক্তির সিদ্ধান্ত নেয় ডিএসই কর্তৃপক্ষ।
ডিএসইর পরিচালনা পর্ষদের সভায় এমজেএল এর তালিকাভুক্তির বিষয়ে নীতিগত সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হয়।
ওই দিন এক প্রেস ব্রিফিংয়ে ডিএসইর সভাপতি শাকিল রিজভী বলেন, এমজেএলের পক্ষ থেকে প্রতিষ্ঠানটির শেয়ারের প্রস্তাবিত মূল্য ১৫২ টাকা ৪০ পয়সার স্থলে ১১৫ টাকা নির্ধারণ করা হয়েছে।
এ ক্ষেত্রে বাকি ৩৭টাকা ৪০ পয়সা প্রাথমিক বিনিয়োগকারীদের রিফান্ড ওয়ারেন্ট প্রদান করতে হবে।
এর পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে সভায় বিনিয়োগকারীদের বৃহত স্বার্থে ডিএসইর পরিচালনা পর্ষদের সর্বসম্মতিক্রমে প্রতিষ্ঠানটি তালিকাভুক্তির সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হয়েছে।
প্রতিষ্ঠানটির পক্ষ থেকে ইতিমধ্যে বিনিয়োগকারীদেরকে ৩৭ টাকা ৪০ পয়সা রিফান্ড প্রদান সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে রোববার তালিকাভুক্তি সম্পন্ন হয়।

The BP-leased Deepwater Horizon oil rig exploded in the Gulf of Mexico on April 20, 2010, killing 11 workers and sending some 4.9 million barrels of oil gushing into the Gulf over a three-month period, wreaking havoc on the region's environment and economy.
Following the spill, the largest ever manmade environmental disaster in the United States, Washington imposed a moratorium on deepwater drilling in the Gulf of Mexico, which it lifted in October.
"We are confident that we aren't treated differently there," Svanberg said Tuesday.
The chairman's comments came a day after BP announced it had struck a deal with oil services company Weatherford International, to settle potential claims between them linked to the Deepwater Horizon accident.

ওই দিন এক প্রেস ব্রিফিংয়ে ডিএসইর সভাপতি শাকিল রিজভী বলেন, এমজেএলের পক্ষ থেকে প্রতিষ্ঠানটির শেয়ারের প্রস্তাবিত মূল্য ১৫২ টাকা ৪০ পয়সার স্থলে ১১৫ টাকা নির্ধারণ করা হয়েছে।
এ ক্ষেত্রে বাকি ৩৭টাকা ৪০ পয়সা প্রাথমিক বিনিয়োগকারীদের রিফান্ড ওয়ারেন্ট প্রদান করতে হবে।
