The company has further informed that the EGM and the 13th AGM of the company will now be held on 29.06.11 at 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM respectively at "Grand Ball Room", Ruposhi Bangla Hotel (former Dhaka Sheraton Hotel), 1, Minto Road, Dhaka-1000 instead of 16.06.11 at Harmony Hall, Bangabandhu International Conference Centre, Agargaon, Sher-E-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka-1207. Other information of the EGM and AGM as announced earlier.
