The Bank has informed that it has purchased a floor space measuring 6,045 sft.(6045 স্কয়ার ফিট নতুন স্পেস কিনবে NCC BANK) on the 1st floor including common space and a car parking on the basement floor of 15 storied commercial-cum-residential building along with undivided and undemarcated proportionate share of land measuring 1.44 decimals out of 21.64 decimal at Spectra Maqsood Tower, 65, Elephant Road, Dhaka at a total cost of Tk. 8,73,86,268.00 including registration cost and other miscellaneous expenses, for their Elephant Road branch, Dhaka.
