The Company has informed that the shareholders of the company have decided(লট ৫০০ থেকে ১০০ করার সিদ্ধান্ত গৃহীত) to change market lot of shares of the company from 500 shares to 100 shares subject to approval of Securities and Exchange Commission in the EGM of the company which was held on December 23, 2010 at 3:30 PM at Bangabandhu International Conference Centre, Dhaka by the request of the large number of attended shareholders in the 14th AGM of the company held on 23.12.10.
