The Board of Directors has recommended stock dividend @ 20% for the year ended on December 31, 2010. The Board has also decided to convene an EGM and propose special resolutions: (i) to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of Khulna Power Company Ltd. to increase the authorized share capital of the company from Tk. 500.00 crore to Tk. 700.00 crore by way of increasing the ordinary share capital from Tk. 300.00 crore to Tk. 500.00 crore
