The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company has decided to acquire sizable( এসিআই,৪০ বিঘা জমি কিনবে ৩০০ মিলিয়ন ডলার দিয়ে,নতুন ফার্মা প্রজেক্ট সেটাপ করার জন্য) amount of land in Sonargaon, Narayanganj which will allow ACI to setup a new Pharma facilities in near future. The company has further informed that the approximate size of land to be acquired is 40 bighas and approximate cost for acquisition of land is Tk. 300.00 million.
